أسرة كلية العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير من أساتذة وموظفين وطلبة،
السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته،
يسرّني أن أتوجّه إليكم بهذه الكلمة التي أعبّر من خلالها عن اعتزازي العميق بانتمائي إلى هذه الكلية العريقة، التي سطّرت عبر مسيرتها تاريخًا مكلّلًا بالنجاحات والإنجازات على مختلف الأصعدة العلمية والبيداغوجية والبحثية. لقد استطاعت كليتنا، بفضل كفاءاتها من أساتذة وباحثين وموظفين وطلبة، أن تفرض مكانتها فضاءً للعلم الرصين والتكوين النوعي، ومخبرًا لإنتاج المعرفة وخدمة المجتمع.
وانسجامًا مع الاستراتيجية الجديدة التي أطلقها السيد مدير الجامعة البروفيسور ديبي زوهير تحت عنوان "التميّز في الأداء"، فإن كليتنا تعي تمامًا حجم المسؤولية الملقاة على عاتقها في هذه المرحلة المفصلية، وتسعى إلى ترجمة هذا التوجّه إلى واقع عملي من خلال ترسيخ ثقافة الجودة، والالتزام بالحوكمة الرشيدة، وتعزيز روح المبادرة والإبداع.
إن رسالتنا تتمثل في صناعة قادة متميزين قادرين على صناعة الفارق، وهي رسالة نؤمن بها جميعًا، أساتذةً وموظفين وطلبةً، ونعمل على تجسيدها عبر التركيز على نوعية التكوين، والتحديث المستمر للمحتويات والمناهج، بما يتوافق مع الأهداف المسطّرة، ويستجيب للتحولات الاقتصادية والتكنولوجية المتسارعة.
ومن هذا المنطلق، اخترنا أن يكون شعارنا في هذه المرحلة:
"مستقبلك بين يديك"
إيمانًا منّا بأن طلبتنا الذين وضعوا ثقتهم في تخصصات العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير هم أمانة في أعناقنا، تستحق أن نبذل من أجلها كل الجهود لضمان تكوين نوعي وخلاق، يمكّنهم من الولوج بثقة وكفاءة إلى عالم الشغل أو مواصلة مسارهم في البحث العلمي والإبداع الأكاديمي.
إنني على يقين تام بأن أسرة الكلية، بكل فئاتها، قادرة بروح الفريق الواحد والعمل الجاد على بلوغ مراتب التميز وتحقيق الأهداف الطموحة التي رسمناها معًا، خدمةً لطلبتنا وجامعتنا ووطننا.

I am pleased to address you with these words through which I express my deep pride in belonging to this long-established faculty, which throughout its journey has built a history crowned with successes and achievements across scientific, pedagogical, and research domains. Our faculty, thanks to the dedication and competence of its professors, researchers, staff, and students, has succeeded in establishing itself as a space for rigorous scholarship, high-quality education, and a hub for knowledge production and service to society.
In alignment with the new strategy launched by the University Rector, Professor Debbi Zouheir, under the theme “Excellence in Performance,” our faculty fully recognizes the magnitude of the responsibility entrusted to it at this pivotal stage. It is committed to translating this vision into practical reality by fostering a culture of quality, adhering to sound governance, and promoting initiative and innovation.
Our mission is to develop outstanding leaders capable of making a difference—a mission we all share, as faculty, staff, and students. We strive to realize it by focusing on the quality of education and the continuous modernization of curricula and content, in line with our defined objectives and responsive to rapid economic and technological changes.
From this perspective, we have chosen our motto for this phase:
“Your future is in your hands.”
This reflects our firm belief that our students, who have placed their trust in the fields of economic, commercial, and management sciences, are a responsibility we carry with utmost commitment. They deserve our best efforts to ensure creative and high-quality education that empowers them to confidently and competently enter the workforce or pursue further paths in research and academic innovation.
I am fully confident that the entire faculty community, in all its components, can—through teamwork and dedicated effort—achieve excellence and realize the ambitious goals we have set together, in service of our students, our university, and our nation
